START TIMES
The starting order will be based on descending age group order (starting with the oldest age groups and moving down to the youngest age groups followed by the Elite Category). We expect all age group 45-49 and older to receive a starting time between 15:00 and 16:30 with all other age groups following after 16:30.
Within each age group the start order will be determined by the event organiser. Exact start times for each rider will be published closer to the event.
Start Intervals
Each rider will be set off from the start ramp with at least a 20 second interval to the rider ahead.
TIMING & RESULTS
All timing and results are determined by electronic timing using a timing chip attached to the fork of your bike.
Each competitor's time begins when they cross the start line and ends when they finish the 16.1km circuit. The rider with the fastest recorded time over the course claims victory in their category.
Live results including interval times at various checkpoints along the route will be available live on race day.
